Your assignments
Support in the control and preparation of technical as well as safety-relevant calculations
Reviewing and advising on concepts and designs, as well as checking complex stations in the 3D model with regard to assembly capability, cable routing, functional safety and interference contours.
Reviewing drawings for complete dimensioning, selected fits and tolerances, and inspecting designs for optimum finish and assemblability (including cost considerations).
Use of checklists, application of own test criteria and derivation of suggestions for improvement to avoid recurring errors.
Control of technical documentation (stations, assemblies, individual parts and parts lists) and support in the creation and optimization of processes for incoming quality control.
Development and maintenance of a cross-trade catalog of standard items.
Your profile
A successfully completed technical degree in the field of mechanical engineering/mechatronics or successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d).
You have several years of professional experience in design and have secure Solidworks knowledge (and PDM Professional).
Knowledge in the area of materials and manufacturing or hardening processes as well as in the area of general dimensioning and tolerancing of production parts, especially form and position tolerances (geometric product specification) is desirable.
A good technical understanding of the design of assemblies, functional units and complete plants
You are characterized by a structured way of working and an understanding of complex interrelationships. You are a team player with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
