Blister system

for the production of weekly card blisters

The D³ Daily Dose Dispenser was developed in collaboration with KNAPP AG from Graz. The first fully automatic system of its kind, it enables card blisters to be produced safely, quickly and economically.

Integrated quality inspection

Incorrect weekly card blisters are sorted out immediately

Integrated clean room

The workflows along the blistering process are not only automated, but also take place under hygienic standards in accordance with clean room class D.

No manual deblistering

For the first time, tablets can be processed in their original blister. It is no longer necessary to deblister the tablets and store them in canisters beforehand. The original blisters are checked at every stage of production and the ejection of the individual tablets is monitored optically and electronically several times.

Modular and expandable design

The system is designed in such a way that several production lines can be linked together. If various modules are added to the system, up to 4,500 patients a week can be treated. In this case, only two to three skilled personnel are required to operate the system.

Control of the implant strand

A closed control system for the filament ensures that the diameter of the implant shows only minimal fluctuations. Cooling unit for optimum product flow

High-precision cutting of the implant

The diameter and length of the filament are cut to the size required for the implant. To ensure 100% product quality, implants that do not meet the specifications are automatically discarded.
