Accounting Specialist (all genders)

You are familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial accounting. You also enjoy participating in project controlling and the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.

You will be excited about this

Prepare and submit VAT returns and statistical reports, and manage intercompany reconciliations

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Perform general ledger accounting, including posting bank transactions, credit card and travel expenses, reconciling accounts, and maintaining fixed asset records.

Prepare and execute payment runs.

Manage dunning processes

Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.

Manage intercompany reconciliations.

Support the management of insurance policies and contracts.

Education / Professional Experience

Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration and several years of professional experience in accounting.

High ability to learn quickly

Ability to familiarize yourself with new topics rapidly, combined with an independent and structured working style.

Additional Skills

Excellent German and English language skills.
