Conception, programming and optimization of varied PLC projects in machine and plant construction

Beckhoff controllers

Realization of automation systems with Beckhoff controllers or Beckhoff industrial and embedded PCs with TwinCAT3

Concept phase to final inspection

Supervision of projects and systems from the initial planning phase to final acceptance

Test setups

Implementation of system tests and test setups

Test and Debug

Independent execution of tests, error analysis and troubleshooting (test and debug)

Commissioning

Commissioning of components and systems on site and at the customer's premises (HW commissioning incl. IO check)

GAMP Guidelines

Development documentation and testing of the systems according to GAMP guidelines

We look forward to the following

Training / Studies

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience, or a sound education in the fields of electrical engineering or mechatronics with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience

Practical experience

Several years of experience with PLC systems, in particular with Beckhoff TwinCAT3 and experience with robot systems (e.g. Stäubli or ABB) round off your profile 

Practical experience

Experience in automation and commissioning is also desirable.

Experience with programming in standards such as IEC 61131-3 (e.g. Structured Text)

Advanced knowledge

Knowledge of and experience with common bus systems and corresponding data transmission (e.g. Profibus, ProfiNET, Ethercat, RS232, TCP/IP)

Advanced knowledge

Sound knowledge of safety programming 

Willingness to travel

Your high level of commitment and willingness to travel occasionally (nationally and internationally - approx. 20%) characterize you

Language skills

Highly advanced German and English skills are essential
